Our engraving 'Smart' QR code tag can help you reunite with your lost pet much more quickly. 

When you receive your tag, register at our pet profile site and complete your profile.  This should include multiple contact numbers and any important information about your pet such as dietary or behavioural issues.  You can also include insurance details.  Once your profile is ready, link your tag, using the unique 5 letter code on the front of the tag.

When the tag is scanned by a mobile phone camera, this profile will be accessed, you will be sent an email notification showing the approximate location of the tag and the finder can make contact with you.

This is not a tracking device and there are no subscription fees.*

Our Smart Tag can work anywhere in the world, wherever there is phone signal.

Please check your order confirmation to make sure the shipping address is correct. Online forms can often auto-fill and change the address you think you have entered, especially if using a mobile phone. If the shipping address provided is not correct Royal Mail will usually return it to us and we will contact you to arrange payment for posting again. We charge £1.50 for repackaging and reposting by second class post.

We dispatch all orders received by 9.00am within 24 hours.

We provide free Royal Mail 2nd Class postage, usually delivering within 2-5 days.  If you have purchased order protection for £0.79, please contact us if you have not received your order after 5 working days and we will resend it immediately.  If you have not purchased order protection, please contact us if you have not received your order after 10 working days.

Royal Mail Tracked Services are given priority by Royal Mail.  Tracked services offer end-to-end tracking, providing real-time updates on the progress of your shipment, giving you peace of mind and allowing you to be kept informed. The tracked services also includes proof of delivery, ensuring that you have a record of successful delivery.

Royal Mail Tracked 24 is a 1-2 day service, but may take longer.  Royal Mail Tracked 48 is a 2-3 days service, but may take longer.  We do not refund postage if these services are delayed for any reason.  If the order is lost and tracking is not updated after 7 working days, please contact us and we will arrange for the order to be sent again by standard (untracked) post. 

Special Delivery postage is the only service guaranteed by Royal Mail.  It is guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the following day.  We must receive your order by 8.30am.  If you request any change after we have received the order, dispatch may be delayed until the next working day.
