How devastating for the Manchester Dog's Home that a pointless act has led to the destruction of the home and the death of at least 53 dogs due to be re-homed shortly.  150 dogs were saved by brave staff under police and fire service escort.

More than 1000 people have visited Cheshire Dogs' Home in Warrington, who are looking after the surviving dogs, to donate supplies.  The overwhelming response has lifted the spirits of devastated staff.  There have also been offers to adopt dogs and more than half a million pounds has been raised.  With this money a new dogs' home will be built so please keep giving.
