Please check your order confirmation to make sure the shipping address is correct. Online forms can often auto-fill and change the address you think you have entered, especially if using a mobile phone. If the shipping address provided is not correct Royal Mail will usually return it to us and we will contact you to arrange payment for posting again. We charge £2.00 for repackaging and reposting by second class post.
We dispatch all orders received by 8.30am within 24 hours. Your order will be delivered in a normal white envelope, not parcel packaging, so may be mixed up with other mail from your letterbox.
We provide free Royal Mail 1st Class postage, usually delivering within 2-3 days. We also offer Royal Mail Tracked services which are given priority by Royal Mail. Tracked services offer end-to-end tracking, providing real-time updates on the progress of your shipment, giving you peace of mind and allowing you to be kept informed. The tracked services also includes proof of delivery, ensuring that you have a record of successful delivery.
Royal Mail 1st Class Postage usually arrives the next day but can take up to 3 days.
Royal Mail Tracked 24 (£2.40) is usually a 1-2 day service.
Royal mail Tracked 48 (£0.33) is usually a 2-3 days service.
Royal Mail Special Delivery postage is the only service guaranteed by Royal Mail. It is guaranteed to arrive before 1pm the following working day. We must receive your order by 8.30am. If you request any change after we have received the order, dispatch may be delayed until the next working day.
We do not refund the postage if Royal Mail services are delayed for any reason.
If you have purchased order protection, please contact us if you have not received your order after 5 working days and we will resend it immediately. If you have not purchased order protection, please contact us if you have not received your order after 10 working days. Reissued orders are sent by standard (untracked) post.
Delivery to the US is tracked and Royal Mail aims to deliver within 5 working days, though it sometimes can take up to 21 working days, depending on customs processing and local postal services. If you need a tag for your pet sooner than this, we recommend buying one locally.

Any industrial action by Royal Mail will cause delay for which we are not responsible.
We require notification of non-delivery within one month.
What details should I engrave on my pets tag?
Your
contact details are most important, but you can also add your pet’s
name, medical info, or notes like ‘microchipped’ or ‘insured'.
Will my engraving be centred?
Yes, all engraving is centred both vertically and horizontally on the tag.
Can I choose a different font for engraving?
Currently,
we cannot offer font selections via our website due to our automated
system. For special engraving requests, email us at info@pet-tags.com.au for options and pricing.
Why did the text layout on my tag change?
We may adjust the layout to best fit the tags shape and your requested text, ensuring optimal readability.
