We charge a flat rate of £0.79 for 'Order Protection'.  If you purchase Order Protection, have entered the correct and complete delivery address, but have not received your order within 5 working days, we will send it again by standard post. 

If you have not purchased Order Protection, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
