About Shipping Protection

From just £0.99, you can add Shipping Protection to your purchase at Pet-Tags.co.uk. With Shipping Protection, if you’ve entered the correct and complete delivery address but do not receive your order within 5 working days, we’ll resend your order by standard post at no extra cost.  We do not refund unless the order has not arrived after 10 working days.

If you choose not to purchase Shipping Protection, please allow up to 10 working days for delivery before contacting us for a replacement.

Please note that delivery delays may occur due to Royal Mail’s service prioritisation during peak periods. Where this happens, we reserve the right to remove or refund Shipping Protection and allow up to 10 working days for delivery.
