As these are customised products we are not able to accept returns for refund, unless we have made a mistake.
If you are not happy with your purchase, please email us at email@example.com so we can quickly find a resolution. Rather than refund, we prefer to send a new tag.
If you have made a mistake when submitting your order, we can offer a 20% discount on a new order. Please check the tag dimensions carefully to make sure you choose the correct size tag for your pet. Please take extra care when ordering using a mobile phone. It is easy to make a mistake with numbers.
If the engraving is correct, but not clear and legible, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and include a photo. We will arrange an immediate replacement.
If you have not received your order due to Royal Mail delays we will send your order again by second class post. Please advise us after 5 working days. If there is a Royal Mail strike, we need to allow an additional 5 days for delivery.
