All prices include full engraving and delivery within the UK. Unfortunately, currently we are not able to deliver outside the UK.

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24 business hours. 

We provide free Royal Mail First Class postage.  Royal Mail advises that First Class post can take up to 5 working days, but since the pandemic, there may be a further delay. 

You can also choose and pay for tracked postage or Special Delivery.

Special Delivery postage is guaranteed by Royal Mail to arrive before 1pm the following business day.  We do not offer Special Delivery on Saturdays.

If you have not received your order in the UK within 7 working days of placing your order please contact us by email, advising us of your order number and confirmation of address.

We require notification of non-delivery within 3 weeks of the order date.
